Bader Alam has been an active investor as well as key advisor at a number of leading consumer businesses for the past 20 years.

Bader is the Founder / Managing Partner at Full Frame Growth Partners, a consumer-focused growth equity firm based in Austin, TX investing $10-50mm of capital in each transaction. Full Frame looks to partner with entrepreneurs in building high-growth businesses through utilizing its network of retail relationships and leading advisors in the consumer products space. Bader also serves as an advisor and strategic partner to Life Time Fitness, the largest health club chain in the US.

Prior to founding Full Frame, Bader led the Austin office for CAVU Consumer Partners and focused on investing in the nutrition, food, beverage, pet and personal care sectors. Notable investments include Vital Proteins (acquired by Nestle), Waterloo Sparkling Water (acquired by Eurazeo Brands), ONE Bar (acquired by Hershey) and Nulo Pet Food (acquired by Apax Partners).

In his early career, Bader was a private equity investor at Bespoke Capital Partners, The Beekman Group and Bruckmann, Rosser, Sherrill (BRS) as well as an investment banker at Credit Suisse. Bader has also served as a speaker at various brand conferences including SXSW, Foundermade, Consumer Innovators Summit and Beauty X and a guest lecturer at McCombs School of Business at UT Austin.

Bader holds a BBA with Distinction from Emory University where he played on the NCAA tennis team and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. In his free time, Bader enjoys tennis, boxing, concert photography and searching for the best fajitas in Texas.
