With a career that began in Washington, D.C., Carr held positions in both the U.S. House and Senate, as well as roles at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and No Labels. Upon returning to Texas, she served in the Office of the Governor and held key positions, including Government Relations Director at The Brannan Firm and Policy Director specializing in technology policy in the Texas Senate. Recognizing the need for greater transparency and efficiency in legislative processes, Carr founded USLege to integrate AI with legislative CRM systems, aiming to make government more accessible and efficient.
