Sarah Morgan

S3 Ventures Vice President

Sarah Morgan is a Vice President at S3 Ventures, where she has been evaluating new investment opportunities and supporting portfolio companies since joining the firm in 2021.

Prior to S3, Sarah led cross-functional strategic initiatives at Microsoft as part of the company’s corporate strategy team. She began her career as an investment banking analyst at Wells Fargo Securities, advising Consumer and Retail clients on equity and debt financings as well as M&A transactions.

Originally from Dallas, Sarah earned her MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin in 2022. She holds a BS in Accounting and Business Administration from Washington and Lee University. Sarah also co-leads the Austin Women in VC organization.
